The Central Florida Chapter of ASHRAE invites all of the Region XII members to the Orlando Rosen Centre Hotel for the 2010 CRC on August 19th, 20th and 21st. Please be aware that the schedule of events has changed from the CRCs in the past so make sure you understand the new timeline. One of the biggest changes is that the event ends at noon on Saturday after the Committee Workshops (about noon). That’s right, no Saturday Awards Lunch or Saturday afternoon Business Session II. The Awards are being teamed with the Friday Night Dinner instead of handing them out at the Saturday lunch. Please make sure your Committee Chairs know it has changed so they can attend. The Business Session II is now Friday afternoon with Session I being Friday morning. The Tech Session has been moved to Thursday morning. And for the Delegates and Alternates – the Caucus is no longer on Friday and Saturday morning at 6:30am. This has been moved to Thursday afternoon from 2pm until done (hopefully before the Welcome Reception). What does this mean – Delegates and Alternates need to be on-site and ready for the Caucus by 2pm on Thursday the 19th. Don’t be late. You can find the schedule at here.
