This pass will entitle one ASHRAE member attending either the Winter or Annual Meeting for the first time a one-day complimentary registration.

This $130 value can be used two ways:

·        Attend the meeting for one-day only on this complimentary pass

  or

·        Use the $130 toward the advance registration fee of $340 and attend the entire meeting. (Fee would be $210)

To use this pass, please follow these instructions--

One-day registration: One-day registrations are only available on-site. Bring this pass signed by the Chapter President to the ASHRAE registration desk located in the Wyndham Palace Resort and submit it with your completed registration form. A badge for the day of choice will be provided entitling attendance to any technical session presented on that day. You must register on the day you plan to attend. (Denver information will be available in March 2005.)

Full registration: Complete the meeting registration form from Insights and send it via mail or fax along with this completed pass. Total registration fee for advance registration (prior to Date of cutoff) will be $210. Your badge will be available for pick-up at the ASHRAE Registration.
