Concerning IPLV, the higher the value indicate better efficiency or poorer?

Would the Central FL chapter put up my nane to be on a Society Committee. I recently rolled off as Chairman of the Publications Committee. For years I have been on TC 5.6 (Fire & Smoke Control) TC 5.10 (Commercial Kitchen Ventilation). I did my winter service at the winter meeting in Orlando. I am interested in the following committees: Certification,History,Standards.My picture is currently showing the back of my head talking to Howard McCew on page 3 of the ASHRAE annoucement for the 2012 winter meeting in Chicago.
