On December 4, 2008 we took a Tour and saw a Presentation of the HVAC and Refrigeration Systems for the ICE BAR on I-Drive in Orlando.  Thanks to Mitesh Smart (who was the HVAC Designer) for showing us the building and walking us through the design iterations.  Handling the Outside Air for 50 people in a 27 deg F space is not an easy task - and it was accomplished for at least 29 patrons (our attendance for the meeting).  In addition t o Mitesh telling us about the systems, the bartender (or mixologist) gave us some background on the 50 tons of ice (comprised of 15,000 gallons of water) was formed and built in the cold room....and the statues and sculptures.
